You may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of your purchase for store credit or exchange them for a different item.

To be eligible, items must be:

• In their original packaging

• Unused and in resellable condition

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap your product for something else, just let us know—we’re happy to help you find a better fit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

• Opened or used products

• Items marked as final sale

• Gift cards or promotional bonuses

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at evolvewaxspa@gmail.com with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange.

We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue store credit or process the exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
